- formulate policy proposals and responses
Simon Foxell, principal of The Architects Practice is a core member of and co-ordinates policy for the built and natural environment think tank , the Edge
He is a former main board member of the RIBA and chaired their Policy and Strategy committee. He was also Chair of RIBA London He was a board member, representing the UK, on the European Forum for Architectural Policies from 2007-2011. See Links
Simon Foxell is a past member of the Route-map group of the Green Construction Board
Simon Foxell has written numerous policy documents for the RIBA, books on practice and education policy and is also the author of a number of books on mapping & history, including the best selling 'Mapping London' and more recently 'Professionalism for the Built Environment'.
